1 cup of blueberries, strawberries and raspberries
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare and bake the whole crust. Whip up the tofu, sweetener, vanilla, molasses, nutritional yeast, honey and tahini in a food processor. Pour filling into pie crust. Make a design with berries on top. Bake for 10 minutes, until tofu has turned slightly brown.
