Beans in Molasses

Ingredients
- 2 cups dry pinto beans
- 1 cup of molasses
- ¾ cup natural ketchup
- 2 onions, chopped
- 4 tablespoons tamari
- ½ teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
- ½ teaspoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- Soak the beans and cook in water until they are very tender. Keep 2 cups of cooking liquid with the beans and drain off any excess remaining ingredients and mix well Simmer the mixture for 30 minutes over medium-low heat. Serve hot.
