1 tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil for stir-fry
Wash bean sprouts and remove the ends. Cut tofu in bite-size pieces and fry until golden brown. Drain fried tofu on paper towels. Pour the used oil out of the frying pan, and reheat it at high heat with tablespoon of fresh oil. Add the bean sprouts, fried tofu, parsley, honey, tamari sauce and yeast. Stir-fry for 3 minutes. Garnish with coriander, salt and pepper.
