Bean Balls

Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked beans, well drained and mashed (chick peas, pinto, adzuki or kidney)
- 1 cup finely chopped steamed vegetables
- 2 tablespoons sesame tahini
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- 4 teaspoons chopped parsley
- 3 teaspoons tamari
- 1 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon basil
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- ½ teaspoon rosemary
- ½ teaspoon honey
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Several dashes of sea kelp
- 2 tablespoons arrowroot powder
Instructions
- Mash all the ingredients together thoroughly, and shape them into balls of any size. No extra cooking is needed. Use the arrowroot or flour if needed to keep the balls firm. You may also form into a loaf, serve chilled.
