Bananas In Berry Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups of frozen berries, partially thawed
- ¼ cup fresh apple juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ½ teaspoon maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon molasses
- 3 bananas, halved lengthwise and halved again crosswise
Instructions
- Puree the berries, honey, sugar and molasses in a blender. In a nonstick pan or skillet, heat the apple juice, then add the bananas, and saute for approximately 3 minutes. Pour the pureed berries over the bananas, and heat thoroughly. Serve immediately.
