Banana Pie

Ingredients
- Pie Crust
- 2 cups of teff flour
- ½ cup of maple syrup
- ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- ½ teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
- The filling
- 1 ripe banana
- ¼ cup of maple syrup
- 1/6 cup of tahini
- 1 pound of tofu
- 1/8 cup of water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Make the pie crust. Blend all the filling ingredients in a food processor. Pour filling into pie crust and bake for 10 minutes.
