Asparagus and Tofu

Ingredients
- 1 pound of asparagus, cut into 2 inch pieces
- 3 ounces of tofu, cubed
- ¾ cup of water
- 1 tablespoon of tamari
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast
- Pinch of Celtic Sea Salt
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients except oil in a skillet and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes or until asparagus is done but not soft. Mix in oil for another minute, serve over rice* or noodles.
