Arame Salad

Ingredients
- 3 beets, grated or sliced and steamed
- ½ cup dry arame
- 1 cup of water to soak the arame
- 4 cabbage leaves, sliced into bite size pieces
- 1 red onion, diced
- 1 bunch of radishes, sliced
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil or sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon tamari
- Celtic Sea Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Slice beets into thin rounds and steam until tender, about 5 minutes. Rinse and soak arame in 1 cup of water for 5 minutes. Drain out the soaking water. Dice steamed beets. Put them in a large mixing bowl with all the other ingredients. Stir and taste.
