Almond Nori Rolls

Ingredients
- 4 sheets Nori
- Salad greens, avocado, sprouts, grated carrots and beets for filling
- Almond
- 1 cup of almonds
- 1 cup of carrots, chopped
- 2 tablespoons filtered water
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon dill
- ½ teaspoon shoyu
- ½ teaspoon chopped parsley
- ½ teaspoon honey
- ½ teaspoon sea kelp
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- Cayenne pepper to taste
- Celtic Sea Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Soak almonds for 1 hour. Drain. Place almond ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Place nori sheets on a bamboo mat. Spread ½ cup of pate on nori sheet and wrap fillings of choice. Moisten the top part of the sheet with water, roll away from you, creating as firm a roll as possible. Slice diagonally in half.
