Ingredients
- 1 large bunch of kale, chopped
- 4 cups of yams, chopped
- 1 ½ tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 cups of cabbage, sliced
- 1 ½ cups onion, chopped
- 3 tablespoons tamari
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ¼ teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons Celtic Sea Salt
- 1 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon chopped chili
Instructions
- Rinse and drain kale well. Steam the kale and yams until tender. While steaming, place oil in a large saute pan and heat on medium high heat. Add onion, garlic, ginger and chopped chili and cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add cabbage and cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add small amounts of water if necessary to prevent sticking. Place in a large mixing bowl with remaining ingredients, add kale and mix well. Add yams and mix well.
