Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grind the flax seeds in a blender for 30 seconds. Add juice and blend. Add maple syrup, vanilla, oil, honey, nutritional yeast, nutmeg, honey in the blender briefly. Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Stir. Lightly oil a baking pan. Pour batter into pan, bake for 40 minutes.
