Vegetable Corn Chowder

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups of water
- 3 cups of corn
- 1 cup avocado, mashed
- ¼ cup celery, diced
- ¼ cup of onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon tamari
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
- ½ teaspoon Jalapeno, minced
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoons cilantro, minced
- ½ cup red bell pepper, diced
Instructions
- Place 2 cups of corn and all remaining ingredients except cilantro and red bell pepper in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into serving bowls. Top with cilantro and red bell pepper and remaining 1 cup of corn. Serve chilled.
