Truffle Pie

Ingredients
- Pie crust
- 2 cups of teff flour
- ½ cup of maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon of Herbamare
- 2 tablespoons hazelnut butter
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
- The filling
- 1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips
- 1 pound silken tofu
- 2 tablespoons roasted almond butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix up pie crust and press into pie pan, place holes in the crust with a fork, bake for 15 minutes. In a small sauce pan, melt chocolate chips over low heat, stirring constantly. Put tofu, vanilla, almond butter, sugar, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg in a food processor. Add melted chips and blend until creamy. Bake 7 minutes, or until edges darken. Let pie sit in warm oven for 5 minutes.
