Stuffed Herb Mushrooms

Ingredients
- ¼ cup of walnuts, chopped
- 1/3 cup of bread crumbs, whole grain
- 1 tablespoon of dill
- 1/3 cup of feta
- 2 tablespoons almond milk
- ½ teaspoon nutritional flakes
- ½ teaspoon thyme
- Black Pepper
- Celtic Sea Salt
- 16 large mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375.Mix the walnuts, bread crumbs, dill, feta, almond milk, salt, pepper, sugar, garlic, parsley in a medium sized bowl. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Stuff each mushroom cap with bread mixture. Place the mushrooms in a baking dish, and brush them lightly with olive oil. Bake for 20 minutes.
