Japanese Poached Salmon

Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds salmon fillet
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- ¼ cup of water
- Celtic Sea Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Rinse fish in cold water. Place it skin side down in an uncovered baking dish. Mix, then pour the oil, tamari, mirin, herbs and honey on top of the fish. Add water to the pan. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the fish is tender. Cook fish 10 minutes for every inch of thickness measured at the thickest part.
