Herb Seared Wild Salmon

Ingredients
- ¼ cup finely chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 cup finely chopped fresh oregano
- 1 teaspoon marjoram
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 cup of extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
- Mix ingredients in a bowl and rub liberally over salmon. Marinate over night. Cook until tender.
