Chick Peas and Vegetables

Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups of chick peas (garbanzo beans)
- 2 small carrots, thinly sliced
- 1 head of broccoli florets
- 1 ½ cups of water
- 1 tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil
- Tamari to taste ½ teaspoon of coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon fresh chopped coriander
- Celtic Sea Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Bring the water to a boil in a skillet and add all the ingredients. Stir-cook for about 10 minutes or little less (so vegetables are still crunchy). Garnish with fresh coriander and serve over rice.
