Broiled Trout

Ingredients
- 1 whole trout per person
- 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chopped dill
- Lemon wedges
- Ground walnuts
- ½ teaspoon chopped parsley
- Celtic Sea Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Rinse fish in cold water. Place trout, cut in half the long way, on a baking dish. Mix in a bowl the garlic, oil, dill, parsley, tarragon, basil, honey, ground nuts, salt and pepper. Sprinkle over fish liberally. Broil for 10-15 minutes until the flesh changes color.
