Bay Scallops

Ingredients
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- Water, white wine or vegetable stock for steaming
- 1 pound bay scallops
- Celtic Sea Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Put the sliced onions and garlic in the bottom of a steamer pot. Rinse the scallops and put them in a steamer basket. Pour water, white wine or vegetable stock on top of the scallops. Add the honey, parsley and sugar. Steam for 10 minutes until the shells open. Serve scallops in their shells with vegetables.
